Cal City Youth Football

The California City Youth Football League was formed in 1993. The purpose and objectives of the league are:

To teach the concepts of teamwork, sportsmanship, pride, loyalty, honesty and courage

To build healthy bodies and minds

To develop skill and proficiency in football and football activities (cheerleading), for every participant, regardless of ability

To stimulate community interest in youth sports

To achieve each goal with the physical and emotional welfare of the children being first and foremost, free from adult ambitions of personal glory. Attainment of exceptional athletic skill or the winnings of games are to be held secondary to the development of future citizens.

Registration for the 2008 Season begins in May.

Registration fee will be $100* per participant and payment must be received before conditioning week begins in August.

All participants, 8th grade and below, must maintain a 2.0 GPA

to participate in our program, proof of academics and enrollment in school required.

*Does not include cleats, socks, cup and snacks for football players.

Does not include shoes, socks and snacks for cheerleaders.

Transportation to games to be provided by parent or guardian.

Saturday June 14th & 21st

at the Pizza Factory Parking Lot

8:00 am to 11:00 am

Football Information
